I offer personal training sessions that take you to your fitness goals. I work alongside you in designing a fitness programme that will achieve your aims. I love this process of working one-to-one helping you find your own way to a fitter, stronger, healthier you with some guidance support and a bit of the wild side too! I can work around your busy lifestyle by coming to you and helping you to schedule the time and resources you need to achieve your goals.

I love to work outside in the local parks, woodlands and sometimes playgrounds of Bristol and North Somerset. I can also work with you in your home. I use a number of interesting indoor venues in the winter when the weather can make even the most determined head for cover.

Run Training

Want to run your first 5 or 10K in 2016? Want to improve your speed, stamina or distance?

My beginner workshops are designed to support and guide you into running, to help you avoid injury and find the joy in running outdoors.

Did you know that core strength is essential to improve your running style? That weak glutes can lead to sore knees? I'll give you guidance on how to build strength, stamina and flexibility for long term benefits to your running. 

I also offer intermediate running workshops throughout the year as well as run-specific one-to-one training.

Small Group training

Working in a small group creates great results. You're all in it together.

 I run small group training programmes for the over 40s. If you haven't exercised in years, find gyms or large classes intimidating then this could be for you.

I like to get to know those in the class well, and to build my sessions around what you need. I generally design circuits style classes to integrate a variety of exercises targeting the whole body for maximum metabolic benefit (burning calories and building strength). This is an important time of life to invest in your fitness and health.

Sessions are outside or in small community venues. No changing room mirrors or shared showers!

What does it cost? 

6 small group sessions cost £60

 

Running Group 

Come and run with me on a Monday evening. We meet at the Little Tipple on the Weston Road in Long Ashton at 7.30pm for a 3 mile (ish) run around the village. All are welcome, whatever your speed or experience I will support you as we make our way round a variety of routes. This is your opportunity to run in like-minded company.
