One to one training with me is usually outside. I like to find locations that are inspiring, fairly private and that suit you. Bristol and North Somerset have a wide range of great green spaces in which to get moving and enjoy the outdoors.

one to one

Working one to one in personal training sessions means I can design an exercise programme that will mean you feel stronger, leaner and more in touch with your body and how to look after it, no matter how fit you feel at the beginning. I work with you to set goals that are in tune with your life and help you to take control of your health and fitness.  Your time with me is an investment in achieving your fitness and health goals as I encourage you to achieve them through each session and through your 'homework' and motivation.  

We will work together to fit in the changes to diet and exercise that are necessary to achieve your goals. 

My personal training clients are in Bristol and North Somerset and I can come to your home or workplace, or find interesting and inspiring venues for a session. I love to work early mornings as well as lunchtimes and throughout the day. 

I love to work outside, whether it's in your garden, a park or playground, woodland or even by the beach. I think fresh air and nature can be inspirational and good for both mind and body.

I will usually ask you to commit to working with me for an initial 3 months - it's a great timeframe in which to achieve your health and fitness goals. I will work alongside you to set and achieve those goals. 

The initial 3 month package starts at £750

Group training

I can offer small group personal training to groups of 2 or more. This works best if you are all at a similar fitness level and is particularly effective if you have a shared goal (perhaps a run or cycle event, an obstacle course, or a holiday goal) 

Over 40s training

This is a particular interest of mine. I arrange over 40s fitness classes. These are circuit-style classes designed to boost your metabolism, improve your cardio vascular fitness and keep bones and joints in good health.
