Feel Good Fitness classes

Classes run in term times only

Mondays at 6:30am Long Ashton, Peel Park (walk up from the Community Centre Car Park) 

Wednesdays at 9:30am Long Ashton, Peel Park (walk up from the Community Centre Car Park) 

Thursday 6:30am Long Ashton, Peel Park.  

Fridays at 9:30am Long Ashton, Peel Park (walk up from the Community Centre Car Park) 


Early morning classes this summer will take place on:

Mondays at 6:30am - 22 July, 19 August

Thursdays at 6:30am - 25th July, 1st August, 22 August

You need to book a place - I will only run these classes if I have at least 4 people booked in at least 24 hours in advance.

Designed to fit around your hectic schedule

Exericse exercise the whole body making use of beautiful settings of Peel Park in Long Ashton, 

This class uses exercises suitable for all fitness levels and easily fits into your day so you can continue to take on the world.

Fun friendly sessions

Sessions are designed to boost your fitness and strength in a positive way.  Every class is different and designed with the needs of the individual members in mind. You'll never feel intimidated or out of place. Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and a smile.

Members are also invited to join a private Facebook Group for more health and fitness inspiration between sessions. 

45 minutes of fun: £9 for a single session, £8.50 per class if you pay for a block of 5 classes. Memberships available too to take the hassle out of booking!

Long Ashton

This is a fun, friendly bootcamp style class (but without the shouting). I want you to feel strong, empowered and fit. I'll guide you through the exercises and ensure you do what is right for your level of fitness and strength. Classes use simple equipment and bodyweight to increase your strength and fitness. No complicated choreography or difficult moves, just exercise to help you feel fitter, stronger and burn some calories! 

Classes involve high intensity interval training (HIIT) or a circuit with weights and other equipment. The aim is to boost your metabolism, but avoid too much running or jumping. We will always offer alternatives to suit a variety of fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes, trainers and bring a bottle of water with you. We will bring everything else.

Small group personal training

Designed for a small group (maximum 6) to train together to improve fitness levels in a personal and progressive environment. I tailor the sessions to the fitness levels and goals of the group and get to know your likes and dislikes, injuries and niggles to build strength and fitness for everyday life.

Even if you've not exercised much for years I can support you to get your body feeling strong and well. Providing a good, whole body workout to support your fitness goals and slow down the ageing process!
