This is a day off. A day to be nurtured and nourished, to relax and feel supported. Just for you.

It’s also a day to support you planning great strategies for the long term and for the season ahead.

A day to step away from the normal routine, experience connection, learning, and have someone else take care of the food, cups of tea and decision making.

It's a day of reflection, learning and setting you up for health for the long term.

Each season we will focus on creating optimal health for the season ahead, and you will take part in gentle movement practices as well as group workshops to enhance your overall wellbeing.
