Summer holiday planning
While the weather is still unpredictable it is definitely summer now. We may lose the normal weekly routine but have more time to have fun with or without children involved! The usual classes and timetables for our own physical fitness (as well as the kids) aren't on and there are holidays and adventures to be had which mean that we don't eat at home or have quite the same mealtimes. I'm in planning mode for the summer at the moment so thought I'd share some healthy hints with you.

I don't have time to exercise
Life is busy. It's a rush from home to work to home to bed. It's a rush of appointments, errands, chores, kids clubs, school run, social events.How can you possibly find time to exercise when life is SO busy?
How about we think about this time issue in a different way? Exercise is an investment, its for the long term. Your body and mind and future self will thank you for finding the time now. Looking after yourself should be top of the list of things to do.
